For Blogger, you have to edit your HTML templates and add the Stipple javascript there. We don't (yet) have a plugin yet for easy installation. 

Instructions on how to edit your Blogger templates can be found here.

Once you've opened the editor, find the line that looks like </body> and add the Stipple javascript above that line.

In the future we hope to have a plugin for Blogger that will allow for a more convenient installation.
