Does Stipple work with Drupal?

Yes, Stipple works with Drupal. Please follow the instructions outlined below:

Download our Drupal module at http://drupal.org/sandbox/sumitngupta/1079216
Upload the module to your Drupal installation in the “/sites/all/modules” directory.
In your admin page, click “Modules” and select the checkbox next to Stipple (under “Other”).
Hit 'Configure', insert your Site ID (xxxxx) and click 'Save.' (you need to get a Stipple user id and register your site in order to get a site ID). Sign up for a Stipple account here.
