Stipple user Brain Tree Payments to process its credit card data. We do not store any credit card data locally on our servers. 

In order to manage your stored card data, log into Stipple and head on over to the "billing" tab in your site profile. Over there you will be able to see your currently active card. You can delete the card info from there or update it with a new one.
